Last year in Blackburn with Darwen we engaged with over 1200 Blackburn with Darwen residents, they shared their experience of health and social care services in the borough with us.

Your feedback is helping us influence and shape services for you.

During the month of October our team are out and about in Blackburn and Darwen.  So come along and share your experiences of health and social care with us.

Friday 13th October,  10am – 12pm – we will be having a coffee and a chat at Blackburn Library, Town Hall Street.
Come  on down and join us!

Tuesday 17th October, late morning/early afternoon – we will be in Darwen Health Centre.

Thursday 19th October, late morning/early afternoon – we will be at Barbara Castle Way Health Centre.

(Find us in the main entrance of both health centre’s)

Tuesday, 24th October, 10-1 – Outside ELHT & Me at The Royal Blackburn Hospital – Don’t pass us by, share your experience of the health services you, your family and friends have received.
